EFFICIENCY AND EFFECTIVENESS FINANCING

 

     Strengthen programs through the use of ICT and MIS.

 

     Identify and strengthen the educational niche and convert auxiliary services (publication, testing, dormitory, cafeteria, and food services) into autonomous business concerns that are expected to attain financial viability to augment subsidy from government.

 

     Explore the possibility of entering into contracts for research, course design, training programs consultancies, and generate income from intellectual properties.

FIVE YEARS

 

     Improved quality of higher education as indicated by the performance of graduates in professional licensure examinations, achievement of level of accreditation and the percentage of MA and Ph. D. / Ed. D. degrees;

     Increase in the number of enrolment and graduates in priority programs;

 

     Improved access to education indicated by the increase in the number of KABALAKA students who will make it to the mainstream.

 

     Improved access to education by having provided assistance to the visually challenged students to graduate with a degree.

 

     Significant increase in the number of beneficiaries of scholarships and other forms of financial assistance.

 

     Reduced drop-out rates of students from the lower-income groups.

 

     Increase of income from other sources aside from appropriation from government.
